
Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Attendance
All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance. Regular attendance is encouraged for the best learning outcomes. If a student is running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life gets busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a full session fee unless due to emergencies.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are charged hourly based on the student’s grade level. Payments can be made weekly or monthly via cash or bank transfer. Full payment is required to confirm ongoing bookings.
4. Student Conduct
We expect students to be respectful, attentive, and ready to learn during their sessions. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in session termination.
5. Tutor Conduct
All tutors are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment. We strive to personalise every lesson to suit each student's needs and pace.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information shared with us (including student progress and contact details) is kept strictly confidential and used only for tutoring purposes.
7. Trial Sessions
We may offer a trial class depending on availability. This session is chargeable at our standard rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Public Holidays & Breaks
No tutoring is conducted on major public holidays unless previously arranged. Sessions are paused during school holidays unless requested.
