Refund Policy

At R&M Tutoring, we strive to deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.

1. Missed or Cancelled Sessions

  • 24 hours’ notice required: If you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule or request a full refund for that session.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless in cases of emergency or illness (at our discretion).

2. No-Shows

If a student does not attend a booked session without any prior notice, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Prepaid Packages

If you've paid in advance for multiple sessions and wish to discontinue, a refund will be issued for the unused sessions, minus any applicable discounts already applied to the package.

4. Tutor Cancellations

In the rare case that we need to cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or emergencies), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first session, please let us know within 24 hours. We'll do our best to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
